Country specific features:
The IT industry sector in Ukraine has grown considerably during the recent years. The closest location of Ukraine to Europe out of those countries which have not yet joined the EU and a visa-free entry regime, makes the country very attractive to the Western European countries. A large number of small companies provide a whole variety of outsourcing opportunities for the medium and small businesses. Low rates and a huge pool of highly skilled professionals are other advantages of outsourcing to Ukraine.
