Bulgarian outsourcing provider Sofica Group will invest EUR 5-7mn in expanding its operations to FYRMacedonia, local media reported after the inauguration of the Skopje office of the firm, Intellinews reported.
The company will initially employ 100, but plans to enlarge its workforce by 400-500 over the next three to five years. The offered services will be in internal and external communication, and consultancy services. Sofica , which was established in Bulgaria in 2004, said it would also use FYRMacedonia to also enter other former Yugoslav countries and Albania. Its range of services include IT, sociological research, telemarketing, client servicing, HR outsourcing, and customer support solutions.
