E.ON Group in Hungary – containing 16 firms including E.ON Hungaria Ltd. Co. – chose the web cafeteria system of VT-SOFT for the cafeteria administration tasks of its 6000 employees.
VT-SOFT started the year 2010 by nailing a deal with one of the biggest companies in Hungary who is an important player of the Hungarian energy market that greatly contributes to the development of the economy and society with its investments. The contract was signed on the 26th of January, but the substantive work – assessing the requirements of E.ON, the recognition of special needs, the preparation of the installation – started right after the final decision. Net.cafe module has a big advantage of being flexibly suitable to an extant payroll and HR system, so the attachment to yet another SAP HR system that E.ON has was not a problem.
E-ON chose the ever popular ASP solution, which allows the users to reach the program from various locations without having to build its own infrastructure for the operation of the system. This will be done by the IT professionals of VT-SOFT. The knowledge of this system and the quality of the offered services and professionalism of the company were all telling arguments beside VT-SOFT during the selection process.
